As licensed engineers, builders, mechanical contractors, we have the ability to keep costs extremely low in our land development, new home construction, and renovation projects. The future success of CSP has few boundries because the determination and drive of the management team is second to none and the coastal south market is projected to remain active for many years, despite some national predictions of a down turn. In 2006, the national census bureau predicted the population in the USA reached a milestone of 300 million. Projections are for it to top 400 million in only 30 more years.
